Travel Leaders Network (TLN) announced Monday that Megan Wollak, a 21-year veteran of the company, has been named senior vice president of member services. The newly created position is effective immediately.

In her new role, Wollak will serve on the President’s Management Team and oversee how TLN members interact with the network. Her responsibilities include strategies for member-facing products and services in both the U.S. and Canada. She is tasked with improving engagement rates for TLN and Internova programs, and boosting agency productivity.

Wollak began her career with Cruise Holidays in franchise development before moving to the parent company, TLN, to work in the marketing department. Since then, she has served as director of partner relations, and associate vice president of partner relations.

“As Travel Leaders Network grows, we saw a need for someone to be the point person for member experience, and the same name kept coming up: Megan Wollak,” said Lindsay Pearlman, president of Travel Leaders Network. “Megan’s two decades of work has spanned the gamut, and she understands our members’ needs in a way that I rarely see. As she takes on responsibility for member services, including sales, I have no doubt that she will strengthen the connections that elevate a member’s choice of Travel Leaders as their consortia.”
