Air Canada Vacations Unveils Enhanced Agent Loyalty Program

Advisors can now earn more points faster, take advantage of a wider variety of redemption options, and instantly redeem in just a few clicks.

Air Canada Vacations has announced enhancements to its ACV&Me Loyalty Program. After a complete makeover, the agent loyalty program now allows the travel agency community to earn more points faster, take advantage of a wider variety of redemption options, and instantly redeem in just a few clicks.

Travel agents can now earn 500 points on Cruise and Flight packages of seven nights or more; 500 points on Sun packages for seven nights or more; 300 points per passenger for Group bookings; 200 points on three- to seven-night Land Only bookings; and 200 points on three- to seven-night Cruise Only bookings.

ACV&ME loyalty points can be redeemed for Aeroplan Miles, travel vouchers or Visa and instant gift cards. Agents can receive a $75 travel voucher instead of $50 when redeeming the same 5,000 points, a Visa gift card of a minimum of $100 with 12,000 points or reload your card for a minimum of $100 with 11,600 points, or 5,500 points for 2,500 Aeroplan Miles. They also can redeem $50 and $100 shopping and dining gift cards from 28 Canadian retailers.

“We asked the agency community for their feedback and believe we have come up with improvements that speak directly to the needs of the travel agency community,” said Dana Gain, senior director of sales, groups & partnerships, at Air Canada Vacations. “The enhanced program is designed to recognize travel agents’ efforts with more earning opportunities and allow them to redeem instantly – two hot buttons we kept hearing about.”

The new program is valid for new bookings made as of Jan. 24, 2020. For more details and full terms and conditions, travel agents can log into their ACV&ME account and review the attached flyers.
