TRAVELSAVERS Canada Appoints Elizabeth Grundon to New Role as Director of Professional Development

TRAVELSAVERS Canada recently appointed Elizabeth Grundon as Director of Professional Development, a new role created to expand the network’s focus on professional development and application.

The announcement was made as part of a larger wide-ranging schedule of professional development opportunities for 2026. Through private trips, in-person events, and online trainings, the network says it is providing affiliated agencies with the skills they need to thrive in an ever-evolving industry.

Grundon brings 23 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst with TRAVELSAVERS Canada, and the company says her appointment reflects the organization’s commitment to helping advisors leverage existing tools and programs to grow their business. Her relationship management skills, consultative capabilities, and training prowess have strengthened results for numerous agencies.

“Our programs are designed to support advisors at every stage of their journey,” said Grundon.

“My focus is on strengthening and streamlining the training we already offer, so agencies and advisors can easily adopt and leverage these resources. By providing consistent, flexible, and targeted learning opportunities, we’re equipping our agencies to stay ahead of industry changes, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional client experiences.”

“Ongoing education is at the core of advisor success, and it’s something we’re deeply committed to,” said Jane Clementino, Senior Vice President and General Manager of TRAVELSAVERS Canada.

“Our professional development programs are designed to empower advisors to sharpen their skills, embrace new tools, and increase efficiency. By strengthening the value proposition an advisor delivers, we’re helping them build stronger businesses, deepen client relationships, and achieve even greater heights of profitability.”
