Universal Orlando Resort rolled out a new travel agent training program, focusing on all three theme parks, five hotels and selling tips.

Universal and U, Universal Orlando Sales Training Program, combines videos quizzes and interactive content to create a comprehensive program. It provides travel agents with the tools to create a memorable vacation for clients and inturn, increase sales. The course takes about 90 minutes to complete, and can be accessed on a computer, tablet or smartphone. Once completed, travel agents will become a certified Universal Orlando Specialist.

Universal previously told TMR the growing number of options in the park “require training to help agents book epic vacations for their clients,” and Universal also wants “to partner with the community that is so key to our success and our growth. So we said we have to find a way to better support these agents.”
