Flair Airlines Expands Canadian Routes for Spring 2026

by Marsha Mowers  October 28, 2025
Flair Airlines Expands Canadian Routes for Spring 2026

Regulatory scrutiny may have helped Flair Airlines dodge a bullet.

This spring, Flair Airlines is growing its Canadian network with a mix of new and returning routes. The ultra-low-cost carrier will reconnect Toronto (YYZ) with St. John’s (YYT) and Moncton (YQM), while also resuming service between Vancouver (YVR) and Montreal (YUL).

“By reintroducing popular routes like Toronto–St. John’s (YYZ–YYT) and Vancouver–Montreal (YVR–YUL), and adding a new connection between Toronto and Moncton (YYZ–YQM), we’re giving Canadians even more ways to explore this incredible country without stretching their budgets,” said Maciej Wilk, CEO of Flair Airlines.

The new (tentative) schedule is:

New Route Start Date Weekly Frequency Operating Days Starting Fare (CAD)*
Vancouver – Montréal (YVR – YUL) April 15, 2026 7x Daily YVR-YUL: $124
YUL-YVR: $139
Toronto – St. John’s (YYZ – YYT) May 1, 2026 3x Monday, Wednesday, Friday YYZ-YYT: $114
YYT-YYZ: $134
Toronto – Moncton (YYZ – YQM) May 15, 2026 3x Monday, Wednesday, Friday YYZ-YQM: $129
YQM-YYZ: $124

The ULCC airline has rolled out a number of improvements from booking to baggage claim with Flair FWD over the last few months and now more are on the way. The updates are designed to make travel simpler.

Most recently, the airline redesigned flyflair.com built on AWS technology, digital boarding passes for all customers, real-time delay explanations, and an On-Time Guarantee that awards passengers a $60 e-voucher for delays over an hour. Flair has also partnered with Apple to enable AirTag baggage tracking, becoming one of the first Canadian airlines to do so.

Coming soon, Flair Express will launch on December 3, offering carry-on customers priority boarding through dedicated lines.

Flair is also introducing new fare bundles (Basic, Lite, Plus and MAX), ticket resale with Fairlyne—a North American first—and Flair Vacations, launching in December in partnership with HBX, allowing customers to bundle flights and hotels.
