Scenic has unveiled its 2028/20 ocean cruise deployment, which spans all seven continents, visiting more than 100 countries and featuring 600 ports of call.

Among the highlights of the deployment is the inaugural season for Scenic Ikon, which joins Scenic Eclipse and Scenic Eclipse II from April 2028. Interest is strong for Scenic Ikon’s inaugural collection, with several early departures already sold out across the Mediterranean, Aegean, Adriatic, and Antarctica programs.

Another highlight is the return of Scenic Eclipse II to the South Pacific Asia region, including Australia, the Kimberleys, and East Antarctica’s Ross Sea. Early booking momentum for the Kimberley season is already building, following the sold-out 2025 program.

“The arrival of Scenic Ikon marks the next evolution of our Scenic Discovery Yacht fleet, while the return of Scenic Eclipse II to Australia, the Kimberley, Asia, the South Pacific, and East Antarctica offers guests even more opportunities to explore both enduring favorites and exciting new frontiers,” said Tom Batchelor, vice president of deployment, product, and port offerings for Scenic.

To incentivize early bookings, eligible super early-bird bookings will receive an included helicopter flightseeing experience.

For guests booking the top suite categories, additional inclusions are a private jet upgrade from Buenos Aires to Ushuaia for Antarctica cruises, or private chauffeur airport transfers and a private excursion of the guest’s choice on select Europe sailings.

Launching alongside the collection is the new Expeditions Voyages & Land Journeys brochure, showcasing Scenic’s cruises in Antarctic and the Arctic, complemented by specially-designed land extensions across South America, Greenland, Iceland, and Northern Europe. A companion brochure, arriving at the end of May, will cover voyages and touring extensions across Europe, the Mediterranean, the Americas, Australia, and Oceania.
