HBX Group, the parent company of platforms such as Hotelbeds, Bedsonline, and The Luxurist, has just unveiled Bedsonline+, an evolution of its travel advisor booking solution.

Bedsonline+ builds upon more than two decades of Bedsonline supporting travel advisors by uniting its expanded travel products, AI technology, and enhanced services under one easy-to-use program. Advisors will benefit from its smart itinerary-building functionality, AI-powered destination discovery, and data-led insights.

David Amsellem, Chief Distribution Officer at HBX Group said the updated engine “is about embracing the current AI revolution and making it simpler for travel advisors to benefit from everything we’ve built over the years.”

“We’ve continuously invested in expanding our products, technology and services, always guided by the evolving needs of our partners and the fast-changing expectations of travelers, who are increasingly seeking sophistication, attentiveness, and flexibility,” he said. “Today, we’re bringing those investments together into a clearer proposition that makes it easier for travel advisors to create more value for their clients and unlock new opportunities for growth.”

Bedsonline+ gives advisors tools to create and manage trips for their clients through personalized recommendations, seamless multi-service journeys and greater value throughout the customer experience.

It also includes enhancements to the loyalty program, with further updates coming in the months ahead.
