Travel technology company TravelJoy has announced new tools for travel advisors to compare and book cruises.
TravelJoy is an all-in-one platform that travel advisors can use to manage their business. The CRM is popular with independent advisors, combining client management tools like proposals, forms, and invoicing with an AI-powered itinerary builder.
TravelJoy’s tool expansion was created to simplify the cruise booking process. Rather than having to manually collect options from multiple sources, advisors can now use the platform to compare sailings side by side, presented in a polished client-facing proposal. The comparison includes useful details, such as ship information and pricing, all laid out simply in one place.
“A great proposal should do more than look professional. It should help clients confidently and quickly make a decision,” said Korrine Johnson, founder of Cruise Business Blueprint. “TravelJoy makes it easy for advisors to quickly create polished, personalized proposals that guide clients through their options and move them to a yes, faster. It’s a dream come true for a cruise specialist.”

Once a client has selected a sailing, advisors can continue the process directly through the TravelJoy platform, carrying over client and trip details. Advisors can enter their host or consortium credentials at the time of booking, giving them access to special rates and eliminating the need to re-enter information into another system.
In the future, TravelJoy will look to automate the process further, eliminating as many steps as possible to ensure the smoothest possible process from selecting a cruise to booking.
TravelJoy also offers a cruise library with content such as ports of call, deck plans, dining options, and other sailing details. The new tools will be included for all advisors on TravelJoy’s Pro and Premium plans at no additional cost. Previously, cruise booking was available on the platform as a paid add-on.
Access to the new tools opens today on a rolling basis. Advisors can join a waitlist for access, with priority going to those affiliated with a partner host agency.
“Booking cruises represents a huge and growing opportunity for travel advisors,” said Dayo Esho, CEO and co-founder of TravelJoy. “Advisors bring deep expertise to the cruise booking process. They know the ships, the cabins and the nuances that make a real difference when choosing a cruise. We want to give them technology that helps them scale that expertise, so they can serve more clients and grow their cruise business.”
