TBO Names Aditi Madhok-Naarde as Global Chief Human Resources Officer

India-based B2B travel technology company TBO Tek Limited has announced the appointment of Aditi Madhok-Naarde as global chief human resources officer (CHRO), effective Feb. 23, 2026.
TBO is a leading B2B travel platform that connects over 159,000 travel buyers with suppliers in more than 100 countries, powered by its proprietary technology. The global travel distribution company recently acquired Classic Vacations, purchasing the luxury tour operator for a reported $125 million.
As CHRO, Madhok-Naarde will lead TBO’s global people strategy, focusing on talent development, organizational culture, and workforce transformation to support the company’s ongoing international expansion and growth.

The seasoned HR executive brings to the role two decades of international experience in various sectors, including leadership roles at companies such as MasterCard, IBM, and Infosys. Madhok-Naarde is well-known in her field as a speaker and a mentor, and has been recognized for Change Management by “Human Resources” magazine, as well as being a “Best Workplace Culture & Engagement” finalist at the HRM Awards.
