Delta Vacations has announced two major updates to its leadership team.

In a LinkedIn post, Delta Vacations welcomed Dana Sample as the new vice president of sales, and congratulated Crystal Chapman on her promotion to vice president, product, distribution and commercial strategy.

Sample joins from Delta Air Lines, where she worked for the last 16 years. Most recently, she served as director – B2B strategy and enablement. Sample is taking over for Kristen Molloy, who has been in that role since May 2019 and is retiring.

Chapman has been with Delta Vacations since 2024, joining as director – commercial strategy. She has built her career in the Delta family, starting with Delta Global Services from 2005 to 2014, then Delta Air Lines from 2014 to 2024.

Delta Vacations said in the post: “We’re thrilled to welcome Dana Sample to Delta Vacations as Vice President, Sales! And a round of applause to Crystal Chapman who has been promoted to Vice President, Product, Distribution and Commercial Strategy … We look forward to their impact of strong leadership across key areas of our business and wishing them both much success at Delta Vacations!”

Earlier this month, Delta Vacations promoted Katrin Koenig to president of the company.
