Hyatt Inclusive Collection (HIC)’s Secrets brand has had a big year with new openings in Aruba, St. Lucia, and the Dominican Republic – and now, in Cancun.
Secrets Mirabel Cancun Resort and Spa has just debuted in the heart of Cancun’s Hotel Zone, eight miles from Cancun International Airport. The adult-only, all-inclusive resort features 487 rooms and suites, eight restaurants, six bars and lounges, and six distinct pools, as well as a soon-to-open spa, fitness center, and event spaces.
“We are proud to officially celebrate the opening of Secrets Mirabel Cancun Resort and Spa,” said Federico Echaiz, the property’s general manager. “With a prime location on a serene stretch of beach on Cancun’s Hotel Zone and close access to the region’s rich history, we look forward to having our guests relax, reconnect and immerse themselves in the beauty and culture of the Yucatan.”
Secrets Mirabel Cancun is nestled between Nichupté Lagoon and the Caribbean Sea, offering stunning views from all angles. Its accommodations sport natural textures and handcrafted decor, and its bars and lounges include a swim-up bar, sushi bar, and nightly music lounge.
The property also has the Secrets brand’s signature Preferred Club for guests who desire a more secluded, luxurious experience. This includes swim-out, plunge pool, and oceanfront suites, all with private terraces and exclusive amenities, such as a private oceanfront lounge, rooftop Sky Bar, infinity pool, and a dedicated à la carte option for breakfast.
The new Cancun resort opening comes after HIC opened three other resorts this year: Secrets St. Lucia Resort and Spa and Secrets Baby Beach Aruba in June and Secrets Playa Esmeralda Resort and Spa in August.
