Air Canada Vacations Unveils First-Ever Groups Excellence Loyalty Program

by Marsha Mowers  November 27, 2025
Air Canada Vacations Unveils First-Ever Groups Excellence Loyalty Program

As part of Air Canada Vacations’ 50th anniversary celebrations, the company has launched its first-ever Groups Excellence Loyalty Program, a new initiative created exclusively to reward travel advisors for their ongoing partnership and dedication to growing their groups business with Air Canada Vacations.

“Fifty years is a major milestone, and this program is a thank you to the partners who helped us get here,” said Erminia Gallina, Director of Sales. “We look forward to celebrating their success throughout the year ahead.”

The program launched on October 20, 2025, and runs until August 31, 2026. It applies to group bookings on vacation packages to Mexico, the Caribbean, Central America, and Cartagena, as well as Flight & Hotel packages to Canada and the U.S., Flight & Cruise packages, and tour packages to Europe, Asia, Oceania, South America, the Middle East, and North Africa. Travel must take place between December 15, 2025, and October 31, 2026, and all bookings made within this window will automatically qualify.

The Groups Excellence Loyalty Program features a three-tier structure—Silver, Gold, and Excellence—determined by the number of group passengers booked during the qualification period. As advisors progress through each tier, they unlock a variety of exclusive rewards and benefits designed to enhance the groups booking experience. Learn more about the reward structure here.

Program perks include Aeroplan® points, travel vouchers, complimentary seat selection, free CareFlex Travel Protection plans and more, as outlined in Air Canada Vacations’ new tier grid.

Throughout the qualification period, our Air Canada Vacations Sales Team will continue providing dedicated support to all travel advisors. This includes training and education sessions, exclusive group promotions, engagement initiatives, and tools that make groups booking easier and more profitable.

To ensure seamless tracking and recognition, Air Canada Vacations encourages all travel advisors to include their ACV&Me profile email on every group booking.
