DMC and luxury tour operator Overseas Network has announced that Michael Kelly will be stepping into the role of CEO, leading the company as it expands its international footprint across sports, travel, and hospitality.

Kelly joins Overseas Network from BEYOND Hospitality Group, which he co-founded. Kelly served as CRO from 2023 to 2025.

Prior to founding BEYOND, he held a C-suite role at MATCH Hospitality, where he served as chief revenue officer from March 2019 to October 2023. As CRO, he led global sales and business development across international events, including FIFA, UEFA, and Formula 1. Earlier in his career, he also worked at FIFA directly, as well as the management consulting firm A.T. Kearney.

Kelly stepped into the CEO role on April 1, 2026. He is taking over from founder Felix Brambilla, who is now chairman of the board, focusing on business growth.

As CEO of Overseas Network, Kelly will focus on expanding the company’s reach internationally and strategically scaling operations across its key focus areas: bespoke itineraries, luxury accommodations, complex multi-country logistics, and major event activations.

“Sport today operates across borders, systems, and expectations,” said Brambilla. “After collaborating with Mike over the past seven years, bringing him in as chief executive officer was a natural next step. The company is entering a phase of sustained growth, and his ability to bring structure, clarity, and commercial discipline is exactly what is required to scale it properly.”

With over 25 years of industry experience, including delivering events in more than 20 countries across five continents, his background aligns with Overseas Network’s partnerships across sports and travel.

“The industry has become truly interconnected,” said Kelly. “Global events now sit within a wider ecosystem of travel and experience, shaped by demand from corporations, sponsors, UHNWIs and FIT clients for integrated, end-to-end services. The opportunity is to bring clarity and structure to that space so events, complementary travel and experiential services operate as one.”
