Grand Hyatt DFW Airport, located inside Terminal D at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) will begin renovations in July 2025, when the hotel also celebrates its 20th anniversary. The updates will include refurbished guestrooms and suites, improvements to dining and event spaces, and a reimagined lobby, guest lounges, and corridors. Renovations are expected to be complete by the end of the year.

Also in July, Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina will debut an exclusive club lounge experience. The new Club Lounge will be nestled on the fourth floor and offer panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and Oahu’s western coastline. Guests staying in the Club room and suite categories will have access to the lounge from 6:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. and get personalized service, curated culinary offerings, and other amenities, including dedicated Club Concierge, a private bar, daily breakfast, grab-and-go snacks, all-day refreshments, light afternoon hors d’oeuvres, and premium evening cocktail service. The official opening date is July 4.

Hotel Heron, a 134-room boutique hotel, has appointed Matt Karow as its new general manager. Karow will lead operations at the Virginia hotel, located just outside of Washington, D.C. The package includes five nights in an overwater villa, breakfast daily, and a five-day curated spa program. The launch of this offering is in celebration of the spa’s new Ayurvedic Abyanga Massage treatment.
