Ambros Daytona has just debuted and is poised to usher in a new era of hospitality in Daytona, Florida as the destination’s first boutique, design-driven hotel.
The beachfront property features 50 rooms and suites with minimalist-inspired decor and a focus on leisure and wellness, going against the grain of what Daytona is typically known for – conventions and racing events.
Louis Caiola, co-founder of Ambros Daytona, said he sees the Daytona Beach Shores and New Smyrna Beach area as having “the same DNA as Montauk, NY but in Florida,” starting as a laid-back surf town and evolving into a desirable spot for luxury real estate.

“We’re thrilled to bring Ambros to Daytona Beach, a destination known for its motorsports and vibrant coastal culture but with untapped potential as a high-end beachside getaway,” he said. “Daytona Beach is a special place for us, and we are excited to host our guests for a hospitality experience where relaxation, wellness and community come together in perfect harmony.”
Ambros Daytona, originally a three-story 1960s-era inn, has undergone a complete renovation, keeping its beachside charm in its architecture but elevating the interior and exterior facade. It features 50 rooms and suites in two room categories: Queen Rooms and King Rooms, some boasting kitchenettes. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool with loungers, daybeds, and a poolside cafe – all with views of the Atlantic Ocean.
The property also encompasses Ambros Daytona Wellness Studio, which opened in summer 2025, offering an array of programming for both guests and the local community, including yoga, holistic massages, surf lessons and esthetician treatments.
The hotel is located 20 minutes from Daytona Beach Airport and one hour and 15 minutes from Orlando International Airport.
