New Opening: Graduate by Hilton Dallas

Graduate by Hilton has just opened its first hotel in Texas, in Highland Park, steps from Southern Methodist University.

The property, Graduate by Hilton Dallas, features 93 guest rooms, an outdoor pool and terrace, flexible event spaces, and signature restaurant Los Charros Tex-Mex Smokehouse. The interiors, including a vibrant lobby, marry mid-century modern, Texas ranch-style, and maximalist collegiate design.

“Introducing the Graduate brand to Texas—one of the country’s largest and most dynamic markets—is a major milestone for us,” said Parker Henderson, brand leader of Graduate by Hilton. “A Graduate in Dallas’s Highland Park was a natural fit, as the property brings our collegiate-inspired hospitality to a neighborhood that reflects our core values of lifelong learning.”

This is only the beginning of Graduate by Hilton’s expansion in Texas; another is soon slated to open in Austin.

Graduate Dallas is the brand’s second new opening since being acquired by Hilton in March 2024. The first was Graduate Princeton, which restored an early 20th-century-era student dormitory into a 180-room hotel. It was the first new hotel to open in Princeton in 90 years and nearly doubled the town’s available hotel rooms.
