IHG Hotels & Resorts just opened its largest voco property in the Americas: voco Times Square – Broadway.

The new 32-story hotel brings 419 guest rooms to the heart of Midtown Manhattan, overlooking Times Square and minutes from beloved attractions at the intersection of Seventh Ave. and West 48th St.

voco Times Square – Broadway also offers Times Square’s only hotel rooftop with flexible event space and the Velvet Fox bar and lounge. The property offers a comfortable, yet sleek and stylish atmosphere, taking inspiration from the Jazz Age.

Part of the company’s fastest-growing premium brand, the hotel is the third voco in New York City – joining voco Times Square South New York and voco The Franklin New York – and seventh in New York State.

The voco brand recently reached the milestone of 100 open properties (now at 124 total worldwide) and has 108 more in the development pipeline.

“When we first launched the voco brand, our goal was to reach 200 open hotels within the first 10 years, and we’re well on our way to achieving that,” said Ginger Taggart, vice president of brand management for global premium brands at IHG Hotels & Resorts. “Over the past year, we’ve celebrated debuts of a voco all-inclusive property in Florida, hotels in Ireland and Poland, our first resort in Vietnam, and now, our largest voco hotel in the Americas. The brand continues to deliver on the ambitious goals we set from day one, and there’s much more to come.”

The brand also recently debuted in Thailand with voco Bangkok Surawong.
