Hyatt Hotels Corporation’s World of Hyatt – Inclusive Collection brand, Secrets Resorts & Spas, is expanding in the Dominican Republic with a new property: Secrets Tides Punta Cana.

The adults-only resort, geared toward offering a romantic escape for couples, opened recently and is now taking reservations. The 688-room, all-suite hotel offers several different room categories, all offering the brand’s signature Unlimited-Luxury inclusions, such as a furnished balcony or terrace, a daily refreshed mini-bar, coffee bar, bath amenities, bathrobes, slippers, 24-hour room service, and more.

“We are excited to announce the opening of Secrets Tides Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic, as we expand the Secrets Resorts & Spas brand in a country known for its beautiful beaches and romantic flair,” said Jordi Guillaumet, the general manager at Secrets Tides. “The Dominican Republic continues to be a sought-after destination for honeymoons, weddings, and romantic escapes, and the Inclusive Collection is pleased to offer guests another option to experience the distinct offerings of Unlimited-Luxury.”

Secrets Tides Punta Cana marks the 17th leisure-based Hyatt brand in the Caribbean, with another expected to open in Santo Domingo in late 2024. Hyatt also recently opened Secrets Tulum Resort & Beach Club in October 2023.
