Four Seasons Hotel Boston, which has been closed for renovations since the beginning of January, has once again opened its doors to guests.

The hotel, which is located on Boylston Street across from Boston’s Public Gardens, reopens with an updated arrival area and lobby and refreshed public spaces throughout the hotel. The refresh includes a new design element from interior designer Ken Fulk along with new artwork scattered throughout the hotel.

Most notably for guests, the hotel now features Coterie, a new lounge and restaurant currently opened daily for dinner with plans to include lunch sometime soon, and Library, a cocktail lounge located across from Coterie that offers coffee in the morning and cocktails at night.

The updates also include the addition of a new “kids-only” hotel key that grants young guests access to a hidden, mystery closet next to the front desk.

“We are delighted to begin the next chapter of Four Seasons Hotel Boston and introduce an updated vision of luxury that evokes the character and rich history of Back Bay,” said Michael Pedder, General Manager, Four Seasons Hotel Boston. “We look forward to welcoming guests to our reimagined hotel.”

The hotel was one of TMR’s Best Boston Hotels along with its sister hotel in the city at One Dalton Street.
