White Elephant Resorts Names New Executive Vice President

White Elephant Resorts has appointed Ashish Verma to the role of executive vice president.

Verma joins the company as it anticipates the opening of its Aspen debut in late fall 2025, and just after the unveiling of a multi-million-dollar renovation of The Cottages at the Nantucket Boat Basin.

“I am honored to join the White Elephant Resorts team and am committed to upholding the company’s values of integrity and excellence. I look forward to contributing to the brand’s thoughtful and strategic growth,” Verma said.

The hospitality professional brings more than three decades of experience at high-end brands such as Orient Express Hotels and The Lowell, New York. In his new role, he’ll oversee operations and lead the company’s continued expansion.

“We are delighted to welcome Ashish Verma to the White Elephant Resorts family,” said Khaled Hashem, president of White Elephant Resorts. “His remarkable track record of elevating luxury hospitality experiences and deep understanding of our industry will be instrumental as we prepare to expand our footprint with our upcoming Aspen property and build upon the success in Nantucket and Palm Beach. His proven ability to blend sophisticated service with authentic experiences perfectly aligns with our mission to create unforgettable moments for our guests.”
