USTOA Names First Female Chairman
The United States Tour Operators Association has named Collette’s Paula Twidale as its first female chairman. Twidale, an executive vice president at Collette, will head the executive committee at this week’s annual conference and marketplace at the Hyatt Regency in Chicago.
USTOA president and CEO Terry Dale said, “While the fact that she is our first female chairman is news, it’s secondary to the person inhabiting the role and I speak for the entire membership in saying we have an exemplary leader and motivator in Paula.”
Other members of the executive board include Alexander + Roberts president Bob Drumm, Tauck CEO Dan Mahar, Holland America Alaska marketing vice president Linda Springmann, and Cox & Kings Americas president Scott Wiseman.
