Amy Logan, Helen McCabe-Young, and Lucy Lieberman
Virtuoso has appointed Helen McCabe-Young as its new senior vice president of global products, following Thatcher Brown’s recent departure from Virtuoso. In addition, Amy Logan has been named vice president of global network product, and Lucy Lieberman is now vice president of global digital experience.
“We thank Thatcher for his contributions to Virtuoso in this area and wish him much success as he embarks on this new chapter with Crescent Seas,” said Virtuoso COO Brad Bourland. “We’re also excited to have Helen bring her marketing expertise and creative vision to a part of the business that’s primed for significant growth.”
Bourland added that McCabe-Young’s “deep knowledge of Virtuoso and its partners gives her valuable insight into our network and uniquely equips her to lead the Product team as we continue to evolve.”
McCabe-Young has served as Virtuoso’s top global marketing executive since 2020, leading the consumer-facing So Virtuoso campaign, the editorial team behind Virtuoso, The Magazine, and overseeing a wide range of marketing verticals, from global public relations to paid media to product marketing, content, and CRM analytics.
Prior to Virtuoso, McCabe-Young was the executive vice president of sales, marketing, and global corporate communications at Kerzner International. There, she led marketing teams for One&Only Resorts and Atlantis The Palm Dubai. She was also previously vice president of worldwide marketing at Silversea Cruises.
“With a strong mix of new and experienced leadership now in place, Helen and her team are well positioned to accelerate the development of innovative products and services that enhance the value we deliver to members and partners around the world,” Bourland said.
Reporting to Bourland, McCabe-Young is based in Del Mar, California, and her new role is effective immediately.
Logan, who is based in Seattle, and Lieberman, who is based in New York, will both report to McCabe. They each have more than two decades of experience in the luxury travel industry. Logan was formerly vice president of solutions at Classic Vacations, and Lieberman was previously CEO of Hotels at Michelin.
