Globus Family of Brands has announced the addition of new 2027 tours in Asia and Africa.
Globus has added a new line-up of Small Group Discovery tours, as well as more than two dozen new itinerary variations, to its Asia and Africa portfolio. The expanded portfolio includes four new itineraries: Legacy of Japan with Hokkaido; Kenya & Tanzania Safari Expedition; Namibia: Land of Contrasts with Johannesburg; and Sri Lanka: Ancient Capitals & Wild Kingdoms.
The new tours take travelers to Japan, Kenya, Tanzania, Namibia, and Sri Lanka, with itineraries focused on immersive cultural experiences and, in Africa, wildlife encounters. They include visits to Hokkaido and Kyoto in Japan, safari experiences across Kenya and Tanzania, Namibia’s deserts and Etosha National Park, and Sri Lanka’s UNESCO World Heritage Sites, national parks, and tea country.
Globus has also introduced opportunities for pre- and post-tour extensions in Asia, giving travelers more opportunities to spend more time in destination. Visions of Japan now features seven variations incorporating Hiroshima, Osaka and/or Seoul; Majestic Japan has three new options that include Seoul, Osaka, or both; Discover South Korea now offers extensions to Tokyo, a grand journey through Japan, or Jeju Island; and Timeless India has five new combinations featuring Dubai, Mumbai, Udaipur, and Kathmandu.
In Africa, Globus has added more than a dozen new safari combinations. Kenya: A Classic Safari now features a Nairobi city stay, a Mombasa beach escape, or both, while Kenya & Tanzania: The Safari Experience has been expanded with Nairobi, Zanzibar, and Uganda gorilla trekking extensions.
Sister brand Cosmos has also expanded its 2027 lineup with two new tours and additional destination extensions. New for 2027 is Essential China, featuring Beijing, Xi’an, Chengdu, and Shanghai with an optional Hong Kong extension. The company has also added Seoul to Classic Japan, Goa or Sri Lanka to Best of India, and Nairobi and Mombasa to On Safari in Kenya.
“When you’ve traveled halfway around the world, every extra day matters,” said Steve Born, chief marketing officer for the Globus family of brands. “Asia and Africa are destinations that reward travelers who slow down and stay awhile. They’re also places where touring truly shines. We handle every detail – from transportation and hotels to insider experiences and local experts – so our guests can spend less time figuring things out and more time being fully present in the places they’ve dreamed of seeing.”
