Montecito Village Travel Partners with Approach Guides for Co-Branded Marketing Content

Montecito Village Travel (MVT) has partnered with Approach Guides to provide every advisor within the network with a personalized version of the agency’s inspiration website, turning every article, destination guide, and travel story into a lead-generation opportunity.

The partnership takes some of the heavy marketing lifting off of the advisors’ shoulders. Rather than needing to create content independently, advisors can now leverage Montecito Village Travel’s professionally curated inspiration library – personalized with their own branding and contact information – to engage clients while ensuring every inquiry comes directly back to them.

“This is a cornerstone of our marketing strategy,” said Chris Weatherhead, chief marketing officer of Montecito Village Travel. “Our advisors deserve the very best marketing we can provide. By combining our CRM with Approach Guides, we’re able to personalize and distribute professional marketing on their behalf, helping them stay in front of clients more consistently while ensuring every lead comes directly back to the advisor.”

Through the new platform, advisors can instantly share any article from MVT’s website with their own branding and contact information, enabling them to capture any private inquiries that come from these pages. The library of destination stories, supplier features, and travel inspiration is updated regularly, giving advisors fresh content to share throughout the year.

Montecito Village Travel is also leveraging Approach Guides’ content automation capabilities through its in-house CRM, enabling the agency to automatically personalize and distribute marketing on behalf of advisors. Every campaign directs clients to the advisor’s own co-branded website, ensuring inquiries and leads always come directly back to them.

MVT is the first host agency to partner with Approach Guides. Virtually every cruise line and several tour operators work with the company.

“Montecito Village Travel has always understood that exceptional marketing benefits everyone—the advisor, the client and the preferred supplier,” said Jennifer Raezer, founder and chief marketing officer of Approach Guides. “By becoming the first agency to launch co-branded websites and automate advisor marketing at this scale, they’re giving every advisor a simple, powerful way to stay visible, generate measurable demand and deliver even greater value to their preferred supplier partners.”
