ACV At 50: Operator Unveils Ambassador Program & New Agency Awards

ACV has unveiled the Top 50 Ambassador Program as part of its 50th anniversary celebrations.

In celebration of its 50th anniversary, Air Canada Vacations has announced the launch of its first-ever Top 50 Ambassador Program, an initiative that recognizes and rewards the company’s most dedicated travel partners.

Developed by the ACV Sales Team, the company says the program reflects its strong commitment to appreciation, creativity, and shared growth.

“We wanted to do something unforgettable to mark our 50th anniversary, not just for our customers, but for the incredible agents and agencies who have helped build Air Canada Vacations into what it is today,” said Erminia Gallina, Director of Sales at Air Canada Vacations.

Ermina Gallina, Director of Sales, Air Canada Vacations.

“The Top 50 Ambassador Program is about rewarding excellence, building community, and setting the stage for another 50 years of shared success.”

The program highlights Air Canada Vacations’ approach to collaboration by shining a spotlight on the tireless efforts of its top travel professionals. The 50 selected Ambassadors will be treated to exclusive events, special incentives and curated gifts, each thoughtfully chosen to reflect their loyalty and impact.

“This elite group will be recognized as true VIPs, in keeping with the core values that define Air Canada Vacations: appreciation, trust, and mutual success,” the company said in a press release.

Introducing the Air Canada Vacations Agency Awards

In addition to the Ambassador Program, Air Canada Vacations has unveiled its inaugural Agency Awards Program, launching this year as part of the company’s 50th anniversary celebration. The initiative aims to recognize and reward the exceptional performance and dedication of partner agencies across the country.

Categories for recognition include:

  • Top Agency Growth
  • Top ACV@Home Growth
  • Top Partner of the Year / Most Supportive Partner
  • Best Diverse Partner
  • Top Groups Support

“These awards reflect our ongoing commitment to fostering meaningful partnerships and celebrating those who drive the growth of our diverse product portfolio,” said Gallina.

“With more travel options than ever before, we remain focused on inclusivity, excellence, and innovation. By recognizing top performance in areas like diversity and growth, we’re not just honouring the past but also shaping the future.”

ACV invites its travel partners to stay tuned for more information on nomination criteria, event details, and how to qualify for this year’s new recognition programs.
