Celestyal is introducing an improved and rebranded travel advisor education and training platform – Celestyal Stars. The program relaunches on Dec. 1, 2025.

Formerly known as Celestyal Campus, the new Celestyal Stars includes 16 training modules, covering topics such as brand identity, fleet details, destination knowledge, and tips on how advisors can grow their Celestyal business.

“Celestyal Stars is designed to empower and inspire our valued travel partners,” said John Diorio, vice president of business development, North America, at Celestyal. “By making learning more engaging and rewarding, we’re giving advisors the tools and confidence to showcase the very best of Celestyal to their travellers — from our smaller ships and more personal service to our destination immersion and port-intensive itineraries that bring our heartfelt journeys to life.”

The refreshed program also features a linear educational path, in which training modules are unlocked as advisors advance through Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum certifications.

As each section is completed, advisors advance through the Navigator levels (1 to 4 Stars), earning certificates and digital badges that can be shared on their own channels. Each level will feature incentives such as exclusive advisor rates, discounts, and giveaways.

“The new tiered certification process recognizes their expertise and commitment, while our enhanced incentives celebrate their success. The trade is central to our growth, and this investment reflects our dedication to strengthening those partnerships,” Diorio added.

The new platform can be accessed via the trade portal, Celestyal Compass, and then clicking on the “Celestyal Stars” link.
