Accor to Expand India Presence with Two Goa Properties
by Dori Saltzman /Accor, in partnership with Dangayach Group, is developing two luxury hotels for Goa, India. The Raffles Goa Shiroda will feature 120 luxury villas set across 27 acres. It will share a beachfront club with the 56-acre, 400-room Fairmont Goa Shiroda.
Both properties are scheduled to open by 2030.

“This dual-branded project presents a wonderful opportunity to grow our luxury hospitality offerings in the region…” he added.
Both hotels will include a diverse mix of restaurants, bars, and lounges, along with wellness, fitness, spa, pool, and retail diversions. Both will also feature multi-purpose ballrooms with meeting rooms and bridal suites.
Goa is known as India’s “sunshine state” and offers visitors tropical rainforest and 131 kilometers of coastline and untouched beaches.
