Andaz Mexico City Condesa has appointed Melissa Lima as its director of sales and marketing.

Lima brings 18 years of hotel sales, commercial strategy, and leadership experience, as well as a deep understanding of the Mexico City market as a city native, to the new role. She joined the team in July and now leads the hotel’s sales, marketing, and business development initiatives, which includes strengthening industry partnerships.

“Mexico City has always been home, so having the opportunity to contribute to a hotel that so authentically reflects the creativity, energy and character of the destination is incredibly meaningful to me,” Lima said. “I’m excited to work alongside the talented team at Andaz Mexico City Condesa to continue strengthening the hotel’s position in the market, build lasting relationships with our guests and partners, and create new opportunities that showcase what makes both the property and Mexico City so special.”

Lima previously spent nine years on the sales team at Hyatt Regency Mexico City, most recently as an associate sales director. She first began her career at the JW Marriott Hotel Mexico City Santa Fe and earned the award for Hyatt Associate Director of Sales of the Year for the Americas in 2024.

In her new role, Lima will apply her expertise at Andaz Mexico City Condesa, a 213-key luxury-lifestyle property located in the heart of the city’s Condesa neighborhood near vibrant galleries, cafés, and creative spaces.
