Ziplines Make Their Hyatt Inclusive Collection Debut
The Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia at Comcast Center will debut its Sky Garden Floor, a new collection of rooms and suites on the 45th floor, this December. Bookings are now open, for stays beginning early December 2025, for these exclusive, personalized accommodations, which include the Sky Terrace Suite and Sky Terrace Penthouse.

Hammock Cove Antigua, a Caribbean adults-only, all-inclusive resort, has debuted its Signature Villas and new seasonal programming. Those who book the new villas by Oct. 31, 2025, for travel through Dec. 20, 2025, will get a seventh night free and $1,000 in instant savings. The new cultural programs include the The Chairman’s Scotch & Cognac Club, Sir Rob’s Cigar Social, and Rotating Art Tunnel Exhibit & Artist Cocktail Series.
Chevaz Chambers is the new vice president and general manager of Harborside Resort at Atlantis Paradise Island. He has been with the resort for more than a decade in various operations positions and was recently appointed Treasurer of the Bahamas Hotel and Tourism Association (BHTA).
The Hard Rock Hotel at Universal Orlando has completed $40 million in renovations to its guest rooms, suites, signature restaurant, and lobby bar. The refreshed interior design is inspired by a California sunset and incorporates driftwood accents, handmade macrame fixtures, and blue and orange color schemes.

Raffles Hotels, a luxury Accor brand, has launched the second chapter of its “The Butler Did It” marketing campaign: “The Butler Did It Chapter II.” In these ads, they enlist actors Henry Golding, Oli Green, Jacquetta Wheeler, Stephanie Grainger, and Amalie Gassman to pose as hotel guests with Raffles London at The OWO as the background.
George Vlachopoulos is the new general manager of Six Senses La Sagesse, a resort on the Caribbean island of Grenada. The Swiss-educated hotelier most recently served as GM of Park Hyatt St. Kitts and was also previously a multi-property GM for Auberge Resorts Collection.
The Dylan Amsterdam, a 5-star boutique hotel housed in the city’s first stone theater, has unveiled a large-scale renovation of 21 rooms and suites. The refreshed design was several years in the marking, and interiors now exude an understated elegance with tactile materials and a blend of modern and traditional aesthetics.

Christopher Saputo is the new general manager of The Sun Rose West Hollywood, a stylish boutique hotel that’s just been revived in the heart of the Sunset Strip. Saputo brings 22 years of hospitality experience to the role, previously serving in roles at several luxury resorts in the area.
Several Velas Resorts will host Day of the Dead celebrations this year, from family-friendly activities like sugar skull-painting in the gardens at Velas Vallarta to the lively Mexology Fest returning to Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit from Oct. 28 to 29. The company’s Riviera Maya resorts will also be celebrating with culinary events at the end of the month.

W New York – Union Square officially reopened on Sept. 5 after undergoing a $100 million transformation. From its 256 guest rooms to its brand-new rooftop bar, the iconic hotel is now fully renovated. Highlights include the reimagined grand entrance, new Living Room Café, refreshed wellness center, and new seafood restaurant.
Hyatt Inclusive Collection has debuted its first-ever on-site zipline at Dreams Bahia Mita Surf & Spa Resort. The zipline adventure park features hanging bridges, ZipBikes, and a free-fall jump. The property has also introduced two new rooftop cabanas, along with another two at the neighboring Secrets Bahia Mita Surf & Spa Resort.
