Hyatt Zilara Cancun, part of the Hyatt Inclusive Collection, has just unveiled a complete renovation that extends to its public spaces, dining offerings, spa, and 310 suites.
The all-inclusive, adult-only resort, located in the heart of Cancun’s Hotel Zone, now has redesigned guest rooms, a reconfigured pool area layout, refreshed lobby and spa, elevated amenities, updated dining venues, and brand-new restaurants.
“We are pleased to share the debut of new enhancements at Hyatt Zilara Cancun following a transformative renovation that elevates the guest experience,” said Eduardo Rojas, general manager of Hyatt Zilara Cancun. “These new enhancements blend modern luxury with local character, offering guests and members a rich sense of place and connection in a destination they know and love.”

Hyatt Zilara Cancun’s suites have been transformed with design inspired by the native surroundings, including natural textures and sun-warmed tones. Suites feature spacious layouts overlooking the Caribbean Sea and locally inspired artwork.
That local flair spreads throughout the resort lobby and other public spaces with handcrafted details. At the same time, infrastructure has been modernized to provide a seamless experience for guests. This is seen most prevalently in the pool area, where there are more shaded areas, upgraded loungers, and fluid layout to navigate. The beach has also been redesigned with more private areas for guests to relax.
The resort’s Zen Spa has upgraded offerings now, as well, including revitalizing hydrotherapy journeys and curated wellness experiences.

Finally, Hyatt Zilara Cancun’s 12 dining venues have been redesigned, and each restaurant’s menu and experiences have been updated. Most notably, there are now three new dining options for guests to enjoy. The first is a new waterfront Italian restaurant, Olio D’Olivia, which is open for lunch and dinner.
The other two are both exclusive culinary experiences. Bokeh is a new, reservation-only, 23-guest capacity speakeasy that offers a 90-minute mixology experience with exclusive wine, cocktails, and live music. Casa Adelita is an interactive Mexican culinary experience for one seating per day at a capacity of 10 guests.
