MGM Grand Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas is undergoing $300 million in renovations that should be completed in December 2025.

The remodeling encompasses all the 4,212 rooms and suites in the hotel’s main tower, including the addition of 111 suites for a total of 753. The first phase of renovated rooms will be available to book starting March 1.

“MGM Grand has long been recognized as the center of entertainment and excitement in Las Vegas and these newly remodeled rooms, coupled with new attractions on the horizon, demonstrate our commitment to evolving the guest experience for both leisure and business travelers,” said Mike Neubecker, president and COO of MGM Grand. “These new rooms are a significant milestone in the property’s evolution as MGM Grand positions itself for the exciting developments set for the south end of The Strip.”

The room redesign focuses on bold patterns and artwork inspired by glamourous disco-era themes. New rooms will also feature updated bathrooms with spacious walk-in showers, sleek glass enclosures, bright porcelain finishes, and more storage space.

King rooms will have sleek wood finishes, while Queen rooms will have light gray stone finishes. Suites will feature a blend of dark ebony and walnut wood, sizable entertainment spaces, remodeled bathrooms, and a reconfigured layout. All room types will have upgraded media consoles and charging stations.

Along with the interior makeover, MGM Grand will introduce new dining and entertainment experiences this year, including Netflix Bites, serving cuisine inspired by hit Netflix shows; and Palm Tree Beach Club, a tropical-inspired day club launching in the summer.
