The iconic Chateau de Bangkok has been reimagined and just reopened as Radisson Hotel Chateau de Bangkok.
For the past 30 years, the landmark property has stood in Soi Ruamrudee, in the city’s upscale Ploen Chit district. It has now been fully refreshed and rebranded to reflect Radisson Hotel Group’s modern European sophistication that appeals to both business and leisure travelers.
“Thailand is one of our key markets in Southeast Asia, and we are delighted to strengthen our portfolio with the opening of Radisson Hotel Chateau de Bangkok,” said Tim Cordon, COO of Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia Pacific for Radisson Hotel Group. “This property has a special legacy in the city, and its reintroduction under the Radisson brand reflects both our growth ambitions and our commitment to creating memorable stays for our guests.”
Radisson Hotel Chateau de Bangkok features 178 guest rooms, three culinary concepts, and flexible event spaces offered in an elevated setting. On the 12th floor, the hotel offers a fitness center, spa room, and outdoor pool.
The hotel’s dining options include the coffee shop Larder & Lounge, Thai-French fusion restaurant Château Botanique, and the rooftop View Pool Bar for light snacks and refreshments.
The property is located 40 minutes from Suvarnabhumi International Airport and 30 minutes from Don Mueang International Airport, in a central location near the city’s shopping, business, and dining districts and transport hubs.
