Humano, Lima, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel has just opened in the heart of the Miraflores district of Lima, marking the brand’s debut in the city.

The 157-key hotel features a variety of guestrooms and suites, a rooftop with a pool and restaurant, and plenty of common spaces for locals and guests alike to gather. In keeping with Tribute Portfolio’s boutique hotel brand ethos, the property is designed as an extension of the neighborhood it calls home.

“Humano opens as a place where guests can experience Lima from a genuine and local perspective, with hospitality that feels natural and personalized,” said Ricardo Echeverri, vice president of owner and franchise services for Marriott International in the Caribbean and Latin America. “We want every visitor to feel part of the community and every stay to become a meaningful moment.”

The property’s dining options are the Entrañable rooftop grill restaurant and Café de Lima. Accommodation categories include the Superior King, Superior Twin, Junior Suite, Signature Suite, and family-friendly choices.

The hotel also offers wellness programming, flexible event spaces, and a concierge team that provides tailored recommendations for exploring the city.
