New Opening: REVERB by Hard Rock Hamburg
by Briana Bonfiglio /Part-hotel, part-cultural hub: Hard Rock International’s newest brand, REVERB by Hard Rock, is now open in Hamburg, Germany.
REVERB by Hard Rock Hamburg is a 134-room hotel geared toward creatives and fans of music and the arts. It offers a live music hall, the city’s largest public rooftop garden, and several dining options.
“Our guiding principle in developing REVERB by Hard Rock was to encourage socializing and provide a variety of spaces for guests to fully express themselves,” said John Rees, senior vice president of hotel operations at Hard Rock International. “Today’s travelers are looking for opportunities to connect with others and be immersed in a melting pot of diverse experiences. To meet these demands, we created a unique hotel brand that is centered around our fans and their passion for music and culture.”
Guests can choose from three different room categories: King, Double Queen, and Roadie Bunk, or a selection of suites. Rooms either have views of Hamburg’s cityscape or the harbor. The new, 2,200-seat Georg-Elser-Hall will host live concerts and cultural events on site.
Culinary options on the property include Constant Grind, a bakery and coffee shop; KARO&PAUL by Frank Rosin, a restaurant serving modern, international fusion; La Sala, the main restaurant; and Green Beanie, the quick-bite spot in the garden.
The Hamburg hotel opening follows REVERB by Hard Rock’s successful opening in Atlanta in late 2020. The brand also has other locations on the horizon, including Scottsdale, Arizona; Tampa, Florida; and Kalamazoo, Michigan.
