Pleasant Holidays and EVOKE | INSPIRE—the tour operator’s luxury sister brand—have updated their digital itinerary documents in order to provide travel advisors with a more elevated resource to share with clients.

Pleasant Holidays and EVOKE | INSPIRE are the latest packaged travel companies to update their travel documents in response to advisor feedback. The new PDF itineraries have been redesigned to be visually engaging, easy to read, and contain all the pertinent information for upcoming travel, such as flights, transfer details and contact information, and hotel bookings, complete with room category and rate.

“Travel with intention is defined by thoughtful details and a seamless client experience, long before a traveler arrives at their destination,” said James Kareka, vice president & managing director, trade brands, A | T Collective. “These new digital itineraries give travel advisors a refined, professional tool that reflects the level of care and personalization they deliver every day.”

According to a representative from A |T Collective, the parent company of both Pleasant Holidays and EVOKE | INSPIRE, the change was introduced to support advisor efficiency. The digital itineraries were designed to have an elevated presentation, while presenting a comprehensive overview of essential trip details in a single, convenient resource. In addition to easily accessible key details, the itineraries include images of the destination and hotels to add a visually-compelling component.

The digital itineraries will be automatically generated and sent to travel advisors once traveler names are added to a booking. New versions will be generated when a booking is confirmed and again when final travel documents are issued.

“Our focus is on equipping travel advisors with tools that make it easier to deliver a great client experience,” said Justin Heckman, head of sales and national accounts, Pleasant Holidays. “These new digital itinerary documents give advisors a more professional, informative way to showcase trip details, while ensuring travelers can quickly access important information throughout their journey.”
