Airport security company CLEAR is bringing new lanes to John Wayne Airport (SNA) in Orange County, California.

The opening gives CLEAR its 60th airport in its network, which now includes 10 different California airports. That includes Los Angeles International (LAX), which serves the same market as John Wayne, which is about 40 miles north of Los Angeles International. In total, CLEAR now serves more than 7.6 million members.

“Travel should be convenient and frictionless, not something to stress over,” said Caryn Seidman Becker, CEO of CLEAR. “With today’s launch at John Wayne Airport, we are proud to help our California Members move seamlessly through security and win the day of travel as they head into a busy season of holidays, family gatherings, and major events. As we expand, we are not just adding lanes, we are unlocking innovation that improves security and hospitality for travelers across the country.”

For travelers, CLEAR membership runs at $17 per month. Discounts are available through partners, including American Express, Delta SkyMiles, and United MileagePlus.

CLEAR also this weekend expanded its operations to the new Terminal 1 at San Diego International Airport (SAN) and is now operating dedicated lanes in both of that airport’s terminals.
