Margaritaville to Enter Panama with Beachfront Condo Resort

Margaritaville has announced plans to open Margaritaville Beach Resort & Residences Playa Caracol in Panama. 

The condominium development is set to debut in mid-2027. It will blend local Panama culture in its food options and design, while also offering signature Margaritaville classics, such as the 5’o Clock Somewhere Bar and License to Chill Bar & Grill.

The resort will offer both long-term and rental accommodations, including 80 cottages and 181 high-rise multi-family units, for a total of 261 residences. They will range from 750 to 1,500 square-feet and start in the $300,000s. The resort will also feature a pool, restaurant, and beach club with activities.  

Margaritaville is working with Grupo Los Pueblos for development of the property and Punta Pacifica Realty for sales.
