New Opening: Nobu Hotel Caesars New Orleans

Nobu Hotel Caesars New Orleans officially opened on Dec. 30, 2024.
The new hotel occupies two floors of the Caesars Tower, in what was previously Harrah’s Caesars New Orleans Casino since 1999, and features 54 rooms and suites. Its opening comes a few months after the debut of the Nobu restaurant in the building on Canal Street.
This is Nobu Hospitality’s third partnership with Caesars Entertainment – the company also manages Nobu’s first hotel in Las Vegas, which opened in 2013, and its Atlantic City hotel, which opened in spring 2023.
Nobu now has 41 hotel properties worldwide, all featuring its signature Japanese restaurant created by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa.
