Park Hyatt London River Thames has officially opened in the heart of the city, marking the Park Hyatt brand’s debut in the U.K.

The new hotel offers 203 guest rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the river Thames, City of London, and Houses of Parliament. The interiors blend sleek contemporary design with traditional English architecture, resulting in a stylish yet calming vibe complete with art installations.

“This hotel embodies understated luxury, where personalized service and a warm atmosphere create a true sense of home and belonging in London,” said Rike Erdbrink, general manager of Park Hyatt London River Thames. “With its central location and thoughtful design, the hotel positions London in a new light, primed to accommodate discerning travelers looking for elevated experiences.”

Dining, spa and wellness facilities, and grand events spaces are all part of the package at Park Hyatt London River Thames. There are three food and beverage venues: The Nine Elms Kitchen & Terrace, offering English-inspired dishes made with local, seasonal ingredients; The Nine Elms Bar & Lounge, serving signature cocktails; and TAMISé Tea Lounge & Wine Library, setting the stage with atmospheric views. There will also be a fourth restaurant opening later this year that will have a menu dedicated to Cantonese cuisine.

The hotel’s wellness space includes six spa treatment rooms, a 1,550-square-foot fitness center, and an indoor pool. The spa has panoramic river views and plenty of natural lighting. Park Hyatt London River Thames also offers a large, flexible meetings and events space spanning 14,337 square feet and able to accommodate 830 guests with one of the largest ballrooms to open in London since 1929.

The property is located near the most touristed London landmarks; notably, it’s a short walk to Battersea Power Station, a newly popular shopping and leisure destination.
