The Doyle Collection has appointed Timur Sentuerk as its new CEO.

Sentuerk brings more than 30 years of executive hospitality experience to the Irish family-owned, luxury hotel group. Most recently, he was the COO of Kempinski Hotels. He noted his enthusiasm for taking on the role given The Doyle Collection’s history of family ownership and “exceptional level of service and attention to detail.”

“I look forward to working with the team to continue building on this legacy,” Sentuerk said. “We have exciting opportunities ahead, and I am committed to ensuring that we deliver exceptional guest experiences, developing the brand in ways that feel relevant and exciting to the modern consumer while maintaining the brand’s core values.”

Bernie Gallagher, chairman of The Doyle Collection, touted Sentuerk’s track record of leading teams at some of the most esteemed luxury hotel groups, including at Kempinski Hotels, Langham Hospitality Group, Pan Pacific Hotels Group, Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, and Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group.

“He will be instrumental in our plans for growth and development in the future, at an exciting time for our business,” Gallagher said.

In his new role, Sentuerk will focus on growth and elevating guest experience at The Doyle Collection’s properties in Dublin, London, Washington D.C., Cork, and Bristol.
