Aimbridge All-Inclusive, the all-inclusive division of Aimbridge Hospitality, just opened adult-only concepts at two of its Dominican Republic resorts:

Going by the name of Amaná Retreat at both properties, the dedicated spaces and services allow for a more intimate, elevated experience for adults, while still having access to the rest of the resort’s family-friendly sections.

Here are some more details about each resort’s new adult-only offerings.

Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana

Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana’s new Amaná Retreat is spread across 120 rooms and suites in two buildings, ranging from tropical-view rooms to spacious junior and two-bedroom suites located in a secluded section separate from the rest of the resort.

Guests staying in these accommodations get a private, personalized check-in, dedicated butler service and access to a private adults-only beach with its own beach concierge. They also have access to an adults-only restaurant, Brasas Steakhouse; à la carte breakfast and lunch at Costa Azul; and the Mixology Lounge Experience.

Some upgraded amenities for Amaná guests include a local Dominican rum specialty welcome drink, an upgraded minibar, plush bathrobes and slippers, and premium bathroom amenities. Amaná guests can receive wellness amenities, including complimentary hydrotherapy access and a 20% discount on spa treatments.

“We designed Amaná Retreat so that, from the moment you arrive, you feel the pace of the world slow down,” said Hilario Peralta, general manager of Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana. “It is an exclusive adults-only sanctuary featuring a private beach, a restaurant, a VIP lounge, and dedicated butler service, allowing every day to unfold at your own rhythm. Plus, being located within Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana means the resort’s vibrant energy is just steps away. It is the perfect formula: sharing the trip with a group or family while enjoying a peaceful sanctuary that feels entirely your own”

Wyndham Alltra Samaná

At Wyndham Alltra Samaná, Amaná Retreat is spread across 149 rooms, including upgraded room categories such as Adults Only Junior Suite, Double Beds, and Adults Only Junior Suite, King Bed.

Amaná guests get private, in-room check-in and personalized service from a dedicated host and concierge throughout their stay. They also have private adults-only pool and beach area with extended pool hours.

For dining, Amaná guests have exclusive access to à la carte breakfast at Cosecha, adult-only dining at UMI, and preferred reservations at the rest of the resort’s restaurants, as well as a special poolside snack menu. They also get exclusive wellness amenities and a dedicated cocktail experience.

“On the Samaná Peninsula, Amaná Retreat was created as an adults-only escape where guests can slow down and truly enjoy the destination. From the privacy of an in-room check-in to peaceful mornings by the adults-only pool, long walks along our beautiful beach and unhurried sunsets by the sea, every detail is designed to create a more intimate, relaxed and personal experience,” said Alberto Avina, general manager of Wyndham Alltra Samaná. “With wellbeing at its heart and wellness naturally woven into the stay, Amaná gives adults the time and space to rest, reset and reconnect — with themselves, with each other and with the beauty of Samaná. Our goal is simple: for guests to arrive ready for a vacation and leave feeling truly restored.”
