Velas Resorts Appoints Senior Regional Sales Director for Southeast U.S.

Velas Resorts has appointed David Berzofsky as its senior regional sales director for the southeast United States.
Berzofsky started in the role on Feb. 18 and now works closely with Velas Resorts’ global meetings and incentives sales team to develop valuable industry partnerships. He brings many years of experience, most recently as the sales director for The Ocean Reef Club. In his career, he also created a business development division within the global sales team at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and Marriott Luxury Brands.

The announcement of Berzofsky’s hiring comes after Velas Resorts promoted Melissa Arreola to senior regional sales director for the Northeast United States.
