St. Regis Hotels & Resorts has just made its debut in Hungary with the opening of The St. Regis Budapest, located within the city’s iconic Klotild Palace.
The historic marvel, a UNESCO-protected architectural site, is anchored by an ornate tower and now houses 63 luxury guest rooms and 39 suites, dining venues, and amenities all offering St. Regis’ signature high level of service.
“The St. Regis Budapest stands as a remarkable expression of architectural heritage, one that feels inherently aligned with the legacy of St. Regis,” said George Fleck, SVP and global brand leader of St. Regis Hotels & Resorts. “The Astors, our brand’s founding family, were drawn to places where culture, society, and celebration converged, and Budapest embodies that spirit.
“Bringing the House of Astor to Klotild Palace is a natural extension of that legacy, introducing our signature rituals, legendary St. Regis Butler Service, and enduring glamour to one of Europe’s most storied capitals, where every moment is designed to be celebrated.”
The St. Regis Budapest’s accommodations feature refined design that includes tiles, shaded fabrics, and brass accent details. The property’s top room categories are the Klotild Tower Suite and a two-bedroom Presidential Suite with sweeping Daube River and city views.
For dining, the hotel offers The St. Regis Bar, 99 Sushi Bar & Restaurant, and Klotild Patisserie. Rounding out the amenities are The St. Regis Spa, a fitness center, and grand event spaces, including a boardroom and three salons.
