BermudAir is introducing the New York area’s first nonstop service to South Caicos, launching this winter.

The airline will operate twice-weekly seasonal flights between Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) and South Caicos International Airport (XSC). Service begins Dec. 20, 2026, and runs through April 25, 2027, operating on Sundays and Thursdays using an Embraer E190 aircraft.

The new route offers direct access to a quieter, more secluded side of Turks and Caicos. The island’s airport is a 10-minute drive from Salterra, A Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, which was recently named the No. 1 resort in Turks and Caicos by Condé Nast Traveler.

The Newark-South Caicos route joins BermudAir’s broader Caribbean expansion for the 2026-2027 winter season. The airline is also adding service to Providenciales, Turks and Caicos, from several North American gateways, including Boston, Baltimore, Raleigh-Durham, Fort Lauderdale, St. Petersburg/Tampa, and Toronto.
