St. Regis Singapore Begins Renovations to Be Complete by End of Year
AYANA Bali has completed significant renovations at its two properties, AYANA Villas Bali and AYANA Resort Bali. The resort now has completely reimagined guest suites and villas. Notably there are now two new villa categories: the Two-Bedroom Ocean View Villa and The AYANA Villa, the signature three-bedroom villa.
A beloved New York restaurant has made its Bahamas debut at Atlantis Paradise Island. Claudio’s Bahamas, sister restaurant to Claudio’s Greenport, brings the Long Island staple since 1870 to the resort’s Water’s Edge Lagoon at The Coral. The eatery serves East Coast seafood and island cocktails all day long.
The family-owned Colibri Boutique Hotels is offering new wellness, culinary, and adventure packages at its Tulum properties — La Zebra, Lula, Mi Amor, Mezzanine — and at Yemaya Reefs in Nicaragua. “Taste of Tulum” immerses guests in culinary offerings of the area, while the “Restore & Renew” and “Island Adventurer” packages deliver cultural and active experiences.

Hotel Valley Ho, an iconic property in downtown Scottsdale, A.Z., just debuted a new outdoor event venue, The Citrus Grove. The area is nestled between the hotel’s two northeast wings and citrus trees, a flowing fountain, and greenery. It can accommodate up to 160 guests for a cocktail reception or 200 for a wedding ceremony.
Antoine Serhan has been appointed the new general manager of Intercontinental New York Barclay Hotel. The seasoned industry professional most recently served as cluster hotels manager at InterContinental and Crowne Plaza Dubai Festival City (UAE). In his new role, he’ll oversee daily operations and plan strategic programming to enhance guest experience.
Just in time for the premiere of Squid Game season 3 on Netflix, New York City’s Kimpton Hotel Eventi is giving guests access to Squid Game: The Experience, an attraction that’s a three-minute walk from the hotel. The hotel has launched a package that includes two VIP Admission tickets to Squid Game: The Experience, a welcome gift featuring Squid Game-themed challenge games, and $150 food & beverage credit.
Alicia Cavallo has been appointed the new director of sales for Margaritaville Resort Lake Tahoe, the brand’s first property in a ski destination. The hospitality industry veteran brings more than 25 years of experience to the role, most recently serving as the director of sales and marketing at Renaissance Reno Downtown Hotel & Spa. She has also previously held leadership roles with Hilton, Sheraton, Marriott, and Interstate Hotels & Resorts, and has lived in the Tahoe/Reno area for 12 years.

Hard Rock Hotel New York has named Kyung Lee as its new hotel manager. Lee has more than 10 years of luxury hospitality and food & beverage operations experience, previously serving as general manager at Gurney’s Montauk Resort and Seawater Spa and hotel manager at The Langham Boston.
S Montego Bay is open to young guests for the first time starting July 1, 2025. Previously for adults only, the all-inclusive resort now welcomes children ages 8 and up. The child policy will follow a seasonal structure, with kids 8 and up welcome from July 1 to Dec. 15 yearly, and then, children 10 and up welcome from Dec. 16 to April 30 annually.
Renovations at the St. Regis Singapore are underway and will be completed by the end of 2025. It is the first major transformation of the hotel since its opening in 2008 and will include new guest rooms, a new St. Regis Bar, new ballroom, and the newly opened Tea Room and Patisserie.
