There’s a new direct connection to St. Kitts for those in the New York metro area.

JetBlue announced this week that it would fly direct, year-round service from New York’s JFK International Airport to St. Kitts’s Robert L. Bradshaw International Airport three times weekly beginning November 2, 2023.

JetBlue will operate the service on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays on its Airbus A320 aircraft. Bookings are now open.

The service will be the first year-round, direct service from New York for St. Kitts, an island that is aiming to grow its tourism footprint, including launching a new Venture Deeper marketing campaign last year. St. Kitts already has year-round service from London Gatwick and Miami.

“JetBlue’s service to St. Kitts heralds an exciting future for tourism, opening a world of possibilities for travelers seeking to experience our island’s authenticity and rich culture,” said Ellison “Tommy” Thompson, CEO of St. Kitts Tourism Authority.

“As we work to further build brand awareness and generate demand, it is anticipated that this increased accessibility will bolster our tourism industry and enable new opportunities to further develop the tourism product.”

For JetBlue, the new service continues to grow its international network—the airline recently announced new routes to some European destinations including Amsterdam, London, and Paris, and has recently grown its network in the Caribbean with additional flights to Barbados and more.
